Changing your account details is easy! You can change your username or the email address connected to your account in the settings.

In the app

1. Open the Polarsteps app
2. Open the settings menu in the top-right corner
3. Go to Account
4. Update your username or email address
5. Tap Save and enter your password to confirm the changes

On the Polarsteps website

1. Go to polarsteps.com and log into your account
2. Click your name in the top-right corner
3. Go to account settings
4. Update your username or email address

Note: you cannot choose a username or email address that is already used by another Polarsteps account.

If you do not remember your password, you can easily request a link to reset your password. For more info, please read our article: How do I reset my password?

If you signed up to Polarsteps using your Google, Apple or Facebook account, you may not have set a password yet. In that case you can also request a password reset link.
