There can be a few reasons why you aren't seeing all your trips after signing in to Polarsteps. Most situations are easily resolved with the steps below:
Scenario 1: Accidentally created a new account
It could be that instead of logging in to your original Polarsteps account, you accidentally created and signed into a new account without any trips in it.

- Open your Polarsteps app
- Open the settings (tap on the gear icon in the top-right corner of the main screen)
- Go to 'Account'
- Check if you are using the same username or email address to log in on the website
- If the username is different, please log out and log in with the correct details
- If the username is the same, please reach out to us through support.polarsteps.com/contact
App > I don't see my trips after I logged in to the app on a new device
- If you are still signed in to the app on your previous device, please;
- Open your Polarsteps app
- Open the settings (tap on the gear icon in the top-right corner of the main screen)
- Go to 'Account'
- Check if you are using the same username or email address to log in on the website
- If the username is different, please log out and log in with the correct details
- If the username is the same, please scroll down to the section 'Incomplete synchronization when retrieving your data'
- If you no longer have access to your account on your previous device, then proceed below:
- If possible, find a trip link from a past trip in your account (perhaps you shared this with a friend or family)
- In the URL, you can check what your username is. Does this username match what you see in you account settings on your new device?
- If the username is different, please log out and log in with the correct details
- If the username is the same, please scroll down to the section 'Incomplete synchronization when retrieving your data'

- If you cannot find a past trip link, please reach out to us through support.polarsteps.com/contact
- If possible, find a trip link from a past trip in your account (perhaps you shared this with a friend or family)
Scenario 2: App synchronization interrupted when retrieving your data
If you don't see the trips on your device, and you have made sure that you are logged into the correct account, please proceed to check the following:
- Log in to polarsteps.com with your username or email address
- Check if your data is visible
- If everything is visible on the website, log out of the app
- Connect to a stable internet connection
- Log back in on the app
- If not all of your information is visible on the website, please reach out to us through support.polarsteps.com/contact
