If you’re having trouble signing in, please follow these steps:
1. Verify your username or email
Make sure you’re using the correct email address or username associated with your Polarsteps account.
Tip: If you’re not sure which email or username you used, see Finding your account information (Username and email).
2. Reset your password on a computer
Go to www.polarsteps.com and click Log in.
Click Forgot password.
Enter the email address linked to your Polarsteps account.
Click Send password reset link.
Check your inbox (and spam folder) for our email.
Click the link in the email and create a new password (minimum 8 characters, including at least one capital letter).
3. Test your sign-In

On the website: Sign in at www.polarsteps.com.
If successful, proceed to the app.

In the app: Try signing in.
If you still can’t sign in, uninstall and reinstall the Polarsteps app, then try again.

Confirmation of whether you can sign in on the website

Providing these details will help us investigate and resolve your sign-in issue as quickly as possible.
