Awesome to hear that you're editing your Travel Book! Sorry you're running into this message on one of your pages. There are a few reasons this can happen, and this article walks you through how to resolve it:

• The browser you are using
• Your browser's zoom level
• A photo is placed next to step text that is longer than 1 column

Browser based issue

Switching to a different browser sometimes does the trick. For example, try viewing your Travel Book preview using Google Chrome.

Your browser zoom level

This message can also happen when your browser's zoom level is set above 100%. Resetting the zoom level back to 100% will resize the Travel Book Preview, especially the font, and resolve the issue.

Line of text 

The Travel Book Editor calculates whether a photo can be placed next to the step text. If the text is longer than 1 column, placing a photo next to the text shouldn't be possible. So if a photo is added anyway, it will result in this message. 

We hope that the following instructions will help with the error message in your Travel Book Preview's page(s):

• Generate your Travel Book preview.
• Tap the "Edit Travel Book" button below your preview

• Scroll down to the step(s) that has the 'Error loading page' message
• Add a new page (tap the blue "+") and drag the photo from the step onto the new page. You will not see the correct text length here just yet. 

• Tap the red "Save & Preview" button in the Travel Book Editor
• Go back to the step that had the error on it

The step should now display correctly, with the text that flows to a second column, and the photo should now also be displayed.

You can leave it as is, or you could choose to shorten your step text slightly so it fits in one column, then you can place a photo next to it again.
