If you decide to end your Polarsteps Plus subscription, the Plus features will become unavailable. 

Generally speaking, we can split Plus features into two groups:

Features you've used to create something stay the same. This includes any Travel Buddies you've invited to group trips. They remain in your trips even if there are more than 5 Travel Buddies. If your group already has more than 5 buddies, you just won't be able to add new ones unless you resubscribe. When you remove them, you can only add up to 5 buddies back into your trip.

Features you view or apply are turned off until you resubscribe.

• Map style returns to your default
• View mode returns to 2D
• Elevation profile is hidden
• Step statistics are turned off
• Plus badge no longer shows on your profile
• The Plus discount on Travel Books no longer applies

If you resubscribe later, your previous settings come back automatically. For example, the three steps where you had step stats turned on will have step stats turned on again. The only exception: if you changed a setting yourself after losing Plus (for example, switching map style to something else), the app keeps your most recent choice.
