Can I use the app on multiple devices?

At this point, we don't support the use of multiple devices yet. When you do use Polarsteps on multiple devices, it will cause synchronization issues (such as some steps only being visible on one device). We hope to start working on this feature soon.

I did log in to Polarsteps on multiple devices. What should I do?

If you already logged into multiple devices at the same time, you might have synchronization issues or other problems related to not seeing steps, photos, texts, etc. The solution to fix this is fairly simple: log out of the app on both devices with the "log out" button in the settings menu. Then log in to your preferred device and start tracking your trip again.
