No, it is not possible to cancel your Travel Book order.
Because Travel Books are personalized items manufactured according to your specifications and go into production right after you complete checkout. This means that once the Travel Book enters the production phase we cannot cancel it, and this happens as soon as you complete your payment.
Why can't personalized products be canceled once production has started?
Personalized items are made specifically to your instructions — such as text and photo layouts. Once our printers produce your Travel Book, these cannot be returned to stock or resold. For this reason, we cannot accept cancelations once the production process has started.
Can I make changes to my Travel Book order instead of cancelling?
No, this is not possible. The print file we generate and send to our printers is based on the exact preview we show you and you agree to before you proceed to checkout. Once the print file is generated and sent to our printers, no changes can be made to it retroactively.
What if my Travel Book arrives incorrect or damaged?
While cancelations or returns may not be possible, we firmly stand behind the quality of our Travel Books.
