Is something wrong with your order?
If your Travel Book doesn't match the online preview due to a processing error, arrives damaged, or has a production issue, we can offer you a replacement at no extra costs, and deliver it within our standard delivery time frame. If we are unable to resolve the issue with a replacement, our support team will work with you to find the best alternative.
If you're not happy with your Travel Book for any reason, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order — we'll do our best to help. You can contact us through our contact form at support.polarsteps.com/contact.

I don't like the layout, cover, text or photos in my Travel Book. Can I return it?
Your Travel Book is a personalized item, and by placing your order, you're confirming that you're happy with what's shown in the online preview. We always recommend giving it a careful look before checking out!
The colors in my Travel Book look slightly different once printed. Can I return it?
We use professionally calibrated color profiles to represent your photos as accurately as possible — but printed colors may look slightly different from what you see on your phone or computer screen. This is because screens display colors in RGB, while printing uses CMYK, and some variation between the two is completely normal.
If you think the color difference is due to a production issue (like a printing error), you may be eligible for a replacement. Just reach out to our support team and we'll look into it together!
My printed photos look blurred/pixelated/low quality. Can I return my Travel Book?
The quality of your printed photos depends directly on the quality of the images you upload. In some cases, we'll show a ⚠️ warning in your Travel Book preview to flag any photos that may not print well. You can read more about this here.
Before placing your order, we recommend taking a moment to check both your original photos and the preview carefully, and replace any low-quality, blurred or pixelated images. Once you place your order, we consider that you agree with what you see in the preview, and your order goes immediately into production — so unfortunately, we're unable to accept a return if the photos turn out blurry.
That said, if the issue is caused by a production error on our end, you may be eligible for a replacement. Reach out to our support team, and we’ll work it out together.
I re-ordered a Travel Book and it looks slightly different from my first one. Can I return it?
No, we're not able to accept a return in this case. Our Travel Books are printed at different facilities around the world, and slight variations between orders can occur. If the layout design has changed, or if your trip or Travel Book was edited between orders, this can also result in small differences. That's just part of the handcrafted nature of every book we make!
