1. Open the mobile app or website.
2. Click the 'Log In' button and then the 'Forgot password' button (it's located just under the password field).
3. Fill in your email or username and click "Send password reset link"
4. Check your email connected to your account (don't forget to also check your junk/spam and promotions folders).
5. Press the URL contained in the email and create a new password.
6. Create your new password consisting of at least 8 characters and including at least one capital letter.

A couple of things to keep in mind

• If you are still logged in, you can change your password by opening the settings and then 'Account'. Please note that you need to confirm the password update with your current password. If you do not remember your current password, you can reset your password with the above instructions while logged out.
