We don't recommend the use of one account on multiple mobile devices at the same time. When you do sign in to the same Polarsteps account through the mobile app on multiple devices, there is a chance that you will experience synchronization issues (such as some steps only being visible on one device). We are continuously working to improve this.
I did log in to Polarsteps on multiple devices. What should I do?
If you already logged into your account on multiple devices at the same time, you might have synchronization issues or other problems related to not seeing steps, photos, texts, etc. The solution to fix this is fairly simple: log out of the app on both devices with the 'log out' button in the settings menu. Then log in to your preferred device and start tracking your trip again.
