Why does it take so long to upload my video?

WiFi in remote destinations or public spaces can be spotty. Unfortunately, this can cause your video to take a long time to upload.

• For Android users, we'll keep trying to upload your video as long as Polarsteps is running in the **background**.
• For iOS users, we'll keep trying to upload your video as long as the app remains open in the **foreground**. For faster uploads, try uploading your videos in small batches and enabling 'Sync media over 3/4G' in the app settings.
