Hmm, that's odd! We recommend that you have a quick look at your email's spam and promotions folder. Our confirmation email can sometimes end up there. No idea why... We would never spam you! If the confirmation email is not in your Inbox or your spam folder, please double-check which email address you used to create your Polarsteps account. We sometimes find that people create an account with a different email address (fearing spam).
