Hmm, that's odd! We recommend that you have a quick look in your email's spam folder. Our confirmation email can sometimes end up there. No idea why... We would never spam you! If this is the case, please consider adding Polarsteps to your contacts so you don't have to deal with this in the future.
If the confirmation email is not in your Inbox or your spam folder, please double check which email address you used to create your Polarsteps account.
