Spotted a mistake in your shipping address? No worries, we’re here to help! Here’s what you can do depending on the status of your order:
My order hasn't shipped yet, can I still request an address change?
If your Travel Book was just placed or is still in production, we might still be able to change the address before your book is shipped.
What to do:
Please reach out to us as soon as possible using this Contact Form, and include:
- Your order number
- The (incorrect) address you used at check-out
- The new address you wish the Travel Book to be delivered to
- A screenshot of your Link or Apple Pay settings (if used). This helps us pinpoint the reason for the incorrect address.
We’ll do our very best to pass the updated info along to the printer before your Travel Book ships.
My order is already shipped, what now?
If you’ve received your shipping confirmation, your Travel Book is already packed up and on its way. At this stage, we’re unfortunately no longer able to update the shipping address of your order.
Here’s what you can do:
- Keep an eye on the tracking link of your Travel Book. Some carriers offer limited address changes directly through their platform.
- If the delivery fails, your package will be returned to our warehouse. If that happens, just get in touch with us through this Contact Form. We’re happy to help you with a solution for your Travel Book!
Why did the wrong address show up in the first place?
Sometimes the address is automatically pulled from saved payment settings. This happens for example when using Apple Pay or Link at check-out.
Common causes:
- Apple Pay: You may have an outdated address saved in your Apple Pay settings. To check, go to: Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Transaction Defaults > Shipping Address
- Link: did you use Link to automatically pre-fill your address at ordering? It might’ve auto-filled an old address from a previous order (either with us or another site). You can update it here: How to update your Link information
- Autofill: sometimes your browser or device’s autofill settings can sneak in an old address, even if you first manually typed something different. Autofill can override what you enter, so it’s worth giving everything a quick double-check before you place your order.
- Manual error: Mistyped your address at checkout? It happens! Just let us know and we’ll do our best to help.
Pro tip: If your saved info in Apple Pay or Link was outdated, it’s worth updating it now to avoid hiccups with future orders.
Heads-up: Updating your address in Apple Pay or Link after placing your order won’t fix the address of your current order. If your Travel Book hasn’t shipped yet, please send us your: order number, the address used at check-out, the new address and a screenshot of your Link or Apple Pay settings (if used), via this Contact Form.
