• Trip Link Check: If you have shared a trip link in the past, your username is visible in the URL after “polarsteps.com/”. For example, in a link like “polarsteps.com/YourUsername”, “YourUsername” is your actual username.

• Email Search: Search your email inboxes for "Polarsteps." The email address that has received correspondence from us is most likely the one linked to your account.

• Device Credentials: Your account credentials may have been saved on your device. Check your saved passwords or account settings on iOS or Android to confirm which credentials are being used.

• Reset Password Approach: Try sending a reset password link to your known email addresses. Whichever email receives the password reset instructions is linked to your Polarsteps account.

• Username Recovery: On the reset password page, you can enter your possible usernames. If you receive a reset link via any of your emails, that confirms the correct username is associated with that account.
