Getting your Travel Book to your doorstep consists of two phases; production and shipping. Together they determine the delivery time.
1. Production
From the moment you place your order, crafting your Travel Book will take about 3 to 5 business days. When the production of your book is completed, we hand it over to our shipping partner and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the Track & Trace information.
During our peak seasons in summer and winter, the production may take a bit longer. We will do our best to inform you when this is the case. For more info on the holiday season, please read: Will my Travel Book arrive in time for the holidays?
2. Shipping
The estimated shipping time varies depending on your country:
- European Union: After production, shipping will take around 3 to 5 more business days.
- Rest of the world: After production, shipping will take up to 10 more business days*.
Please note that we rely on each country’s national mail service. Delivery times can be affected by general post delays.
The ability to track your parcel also varies by country and shipping partner. Unfortunately, in some cases, the tracking is simply unavailable. But hang in there... your beautifully-crafted Travel Book will arrive soon!
*Shipping may take longer for destinations including Chile, China, Egypt, French overseas territories (including Martinique, Guadeloupe, RĂ©union), India, Indonesia, Japan, Mexico, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Thailand, UAE, Uruguay, and New Zealand
